Dusky Hibiscus
This was the first hibiscus I painted and the inspiration for my logo. I saw this dusky purple hibiscus in my backyard and wanted to recreate the colors of the actual flower in this painting. I printed the image on black-and-white paper and then hand-painted it with a combination of watercolors, oils, pastels, pencils and/or dyes.
