Broken But Beautiful

I took the image of this Hawaiian white hibiscus while at Diamond Head overlook watching the surfers. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many blooming. This one caught my eye and it wasn’t until after I printed it that I noticed the stamen was broken. At first I was bummed because I thought the picture wasn’t perfect, but then upon deeper reflection I realized that something can be broken yet still beautiful, and even lovable.

All pieces are ready to hang. Framed option includes acid-free white mat in wood grain frame and adds 4 inches on all sides. Custom sizes, frames, commissions, and select originals available upon request. Contact for inquiries
